Excellent service. Turned up there yesterday to specifically buy one chair I had seen on their website. When I got there the guy instantly knew the chair I asked for would be unsuitable for me and he was right. He could tell what chair would be the perfect fit and was 100% spot on with another (of similar price, no upselling). No pressure either, ready to advise but let us browse until needed and excellent manners. These people know their stuff. Was very impressed.

I have used LAM for a number of years and found not only is the range of office equipment very large but they have some competitive pricing. Purchased a very large meeting room table with leather chairs for a fraction of what it would have cost new. We have also purchased desks, chairs and cabinets from them. Only had one small issue (a chair) which was swapped out straight away. Our first choice for quality second hand office furniture. Update: I returned today with second hand cabinet that I bought several years ago with a lock that had jammed. They fixed it whilst I waited. You can't get better service than that!
