Bed was ordered but the delivery company they use would not deliver as far north as Aberdeen. Dreamers kept me up to date with the issue, offered me an alternative and were very open and honest about the issue. I was offered a full refund, which I unfortunately had to take as I wanted the bed delivered before our movers arrived as I am moving abroad. Despite not receiving the bed, their customer service was excellent. They were open and honest and provided a full refund within 48hrs of offering it to me. Even though I did not go with this company this time, I will certainly use them in the future.

Great range of Rauch bedroom furniture. Bought many beds at Dreamers and always the best price / service.

I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of buying a new mattress to visit Dreamers Bed Centre. The mattress was an excellent price and from start to finish everyone from purchase to delivery has been courteous and helpful.
