Wanted to add a review following the purchase of our Leo Mattress a few weeks ago. After visiting multiple shops including some mainstream shops and being followed with iPads with pressure to split costs over multiple months, we eventually came to Dreamers having drove past it for years. Here, we were met with a very relaxed, non-full on and calm atmosphere. Me and my wife are the most indecisive people ever and we could not agree on what we wanted, whilst in the shop for nearly 2 hours, Julia took our 5 year old, sat him on one of the beds with a box of toys and kept him occupied whilst we did our best to find a mattress.nnWe eventually got the mattress and pillows that we wanted and delivery was quick. It was only when it arrived, we realised we had purchased the wrong size, Julia and the team were great, they agreed to take it back, repackage it up and waited for us to decide whether to get a bigger bed or smaller mattress. She did not pressure us into buying a bed from here and was patient in holding the mattress back until we decided.nnWe decided to get the smaller mattress which she swapped, refunded the difference and delivered within a week.nnThe aftersales has been brilliant.nnI would recommend this shop to anyone in and around wigan to go and look for a calm and relaxed experience.nnThank you Julia and team. We bought a bed package 3000 soft sprung mattress, end lift ottoman bed, luxury headboard. Sales team were excellent knowledgeable and helpful, as were the delivery team who delivered it, on time, to Yorkshire and set everything up. The whole process was prompt and efficient. The bed package represents great value. The mattress is supportive and comfortable, while the ottoman is easy to lift and provides amazing storage. Very attractive headboard too. So, it’s a thumbs up from us
Dreamers have been absolutely Amazing! I cannot thank them enough. After getting messed around by Dreams with my original superking bed order for 10 months I got a full refund and was recommended by a friend to visit a local company called Dreamers.nnI walked into this gorgeous show room and saw this gorgeous high headboard winged bed. I spoke in detail with a sales member called Shaun who was fantastic. I had so many questions which he answered, especially about dimensions and fit. He even sent another team member called Wayne to assess the space on the stairs for the bed to fit which we had multiple issues with Dreams regarding this space . That was just an extra reassurance for me and this gesture really made me feel at ease and comfortable. I explained to Shaun my issues with Dreams and their lack of customer service and the fact it took 3 different bed styles, design compromises and even a discontinued bed frame just to get our order sent to us. Nightmare. Shaun was very understanding and listened to my concerns about order time and delivery time.nnAfter one week I need to add a single bed matress to my order. I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone who was able to process my order and update me on the current details about my bed frame.nn2 weeks after ordering the bed, and 1 week after ordering the matress it was delivery day and Wayne and Carl where so superb!. They assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely polite and where very helpful when I asked further questions. They also brought up the single mattress and put it in my sons room as well as putting my current superking size mattress on the bed that they had just built.nnOver all I would highly recommend this company for beds and mattresses. Their customer service is above and beyond. Everyone I spoke to who had a dealing in my orders are a total credit to the company. 5* star service for sure!nnThank you so much Dreamers I will sleep happy tonight thanks to you and your team!
