Good product, £79 cheaper if ordered direct instead of ebay. Free delivery and came within 5 working days of ordering. looks great on decking would have gave 5 stars but had to make some type of support rails for middle of table as glass top was bowing in thr middle and was scared incase the glass shattered whilst using it see pictures. Visited showroom, purchased item on day and picked up the following day with no problem though free delivery was available. Was extremely happy with my furniture set, had a very minor issue with one part but it was swiftly replaced after a quick telephone conversation. Fantastic staff, great customer service and Leon was extremely helpful when making a choice of what furniture would be best suited for the space i needed. Fantastic prices, extremely good value and excellent quality for what i paid! Would definitely recommend visiting the showroom to all who are wishing to purchase garden furniture for the upcoming summer, you must definitely won't be disappointed! A definitive 5* from me!!
Staff at the showroom were really helpful. Delivery was free and they brought it round to the back garden for us, it only took a few days to arrive. We bought the 9 seater Fiji set with the adjustable height table. It took alot longer to put together than expected but it's well made and really comfy. The cushions were all stored inside the hollows of the furniture and were really hard to get out, so you do need a bit of muscle! Would definitely recommend visiting before ordering if you can, as some sets were alot smaller than they look.
Great customer service via email, answered questions within a few hours and provided more detail than asked for which was great. A very pleasant and welcoming experience at the showroom and staff very helpful and polite. Prices are very competitive. We bought The Algarve 4pc set and took it away from the showroom within 30-40mins of arriving and making the purchase with a bit of that time also used for deciding on colour etc. The furniture was easy to put together by one person in around an hour following the instructions provided and occasionally needing a second pair of hands to help and had no issues with any of the parts. I now have a very happy mother-in-law who didn't expect it to look as good as it does for the price.
I'd prefer to leave no stars, but it will not allow me to do so. The quality of the item I received is beyond poor. And the replacement pieces sent out to rectify this were also damaged - mouldy, chipped and broken. Customer services are non-existent. Very unhelpful at communication with their customers. I feel like I'm going around in circles, and ultimately, they are stalling the refund I am owed, for as long as possible. Shop with caution. My Scandinavian TV unit cost £74.99 and is useless. DO NOT BUY!!
Really pleased with our furniture 2 sofas and and bench really good value £599. Ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday. Good communication throughout. Now the assembly, not quite the 30 minutes - more like 4 hours but should have kept with instructions! However items themselves were numbered adamantly there aren’t that many but we struggled the end result and a good product very competitively priced. We nearly bought the same for over £1000! The outdoor cover also supplied which is a nice touch. All in all a good company doing a great job and I’m sure with fuel prices and stock issues, challenging times. I’m sure they will continue to give a good service. I would highly recommend.
Delivery was super quick! The ladies on the phone and email were really professional, friendly and helpfulwent above and beyond. The furniture itself was easy to installI had a missing piece and they sorted it out and got it the next day. The sofa is a good quality and looks great in the garden 10/10 would recommend.
Love this place, have fabulous rattan dining and lounge sets in different colours and shapes, and the staff are so helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The quality is perfect and the price is great, why pay more anywhere else?
Fantastic customer service at the showroom. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Left us to browse and very friendly when I asked for help. Fast delivery, just 5 working day turnaround. So many options and amazing value for money. Can’t wait for some sunshine to enjoy the furniture now.
