A quirky fantastical garden centre with books and crannies to explore even before you have decided to look for your plants. The owners live on site and it has been going for 47 years! We had a very pleasant experience and were happy with the products on offer and the prices. Only bring cash though! Parking space outside right up to the entrance .
This place is old school magic nostalgia... If there's a plant you want it could be hiding in here. DIY but not as we know it these days...get your nails but by weight. Helpful fella to guide you where to find everything, plus a lovely array of memorabilia...class.
Amazing place to visit! The most eccentric garden centre I've ever seen, fabulous selection of all types of plants shrubs, bedding plants and trees and much more, father and son team with great knowledge and advice open every day, after leaving you may think it was all a crazy dream!
Omg this garden centre will blow your mind..it's out of this world .. it's beautiful..thank you Carl for the fern....your place is worth a hundred stars. Will surely visit again...
A magical place which cannot be described . You need to go and experience this . The owners father and son are so friendly and helpful , offered mug of tea which is as gratefully received as it was a little parky on the day . Not put too many photos on as you need to experience this wonderful place . Had an Alice in Wonderland vibe . Plants are reasonable. Will definitely be back :
A hidden gem!!! So quirky and the owner and his son are so friendly and helpful. The charity garden is delightful! It's also a plant nursery and a DIY shop and the prices are really, really reasonable! Well worth a visit . I've not posted too many pics so you can go and discover it for yourselves
Just spent my birthday with my girlfriend and mate walking around this amazing magical place!!! 10/10 i cannot recommend enough!!! Heres a pic of Sacha ahah
I can't tell you how absolutely magical this hidden gem of a nursery/garden centre this is... I could have spent more hours than I did in here, there's surprises round every corner Loved the owner and his son, super friendly and great prices, a real trip! No wonder this ended up on Salvage Hunters Very hard to describe the place, just fabulous basically
Absolutely fantastic nursery with an amazing owner came here as seen on Google and was not disappointed was well worth a 30 minute drive amazing walk around with small games and prizes to be won an amazing array of bedding plants trees pretty much everything you need to spruce up a garden if you do come here ask the story of how this place became the owners need medals of congratulations highly recommend will be back soon
You would not believe that this garden centre come sculpture exhibition, was pretty much on the doorstep. Saw it on Salvage Hunters with Johnny Vegas. Kevin the owner along with his son, both great to chat with, have spent years here and creating these pieces of "art", ask Drew. Well worth a visit and a chat, really nice fellas and place
