This is my regular hotspot but its clear that standards have dropped, I ordered my order food arrived within 20 mins but the taste isn't to the usual standard I am used to, maybe its a one off maybe not. The food seemed more oily than usual the salt and pepper chicken wings had no flavour and the ribs were cheawy. Ive taken a pass on the rest of the food for this order. Just had the sweet and sour chicken and curry sauce really disappointing. This is my last order from here.
Disappointing, terrible food and bad customer service. Odered 1/4 duck, it came pre chopped and after separating all the fat from the meat I weighed it. 70 grams of duck fat. 103 grams of duck meat. I contacted i Dragon and was told 'that's what the supermarket provide and so there's nothing they can do.' This dish cost me £9.90 so I paid almost £4.00 for duck fat and skin. Unacceptable and the i Dragon decide where they buy their duck from and can see the amount of fat they are sending out. Obviously they don't care! The Prawn and Chicken Nasi Goreng had 3 prawns in it. Terrible. Save your money, go elsewhere, an utter disappointment.
Takeaway Chinese/East Aisin, best in Acocks Green... I only order Chinese food from here. Never had a bad meal, tried a lot from the menu, always hot, tasty and delivered on time if not before. Great at customising dishes if you need them too. Highly recommended...Food: 5/5
Food is always great from here but really disappointed with the customer service offered today. I have been coming her for 6 months+ regularly but today will be the last time. Got home bag split all over floor called up reordered went in the shop to collect told them what happened all I got was sorry form the lady spent over £40 in total now. Get better bags as it’s not fair on customers to have to pay twice for food when the bag you provided split. Use these on either just eat or collect 1 a week if not more. unfortunately this will be the last visit from me. Totally disgusted and dissatisfied to just get a half arsed sorry.
Our food arrived promptly and was really hot however, it wasn't very nice. The spare ribs must be from the night before as they were very dry. We ordered a honey sauce. It tasted like apple, it definitely wasn't honey. The noodles were ok, but there were no vegetables, just loads of spring onions chopped up and not cooked, shocking. The beef with green peppers and blackbean sauce - not very much beef and the sauce was glutinous and gloopy. We definitely won't go there again, there are far better places to eat in the locality.
Have ordered from Dragon I quite a few times now food is always nice and hot and Delicious . I would definitely recommendFood: 5/5
Ordered recently for the first time absolutely fantastic!! Plenty of product and arrived hot. Having used a previous establishment don't think we will go back to this is too good to miss Food: 5/5
Not sure if the takeaway changed hands after reading some of the latest reviews but my experience was completely different last week. I came to order dinner for one as I was staying for few days in Birmingham. The food was amazing, one of the best chinese I had in a long time! My Crab and Sweetcorn Soup was delicious and well season and my Thai Green Curry was really yummy. I can honestly say I would recommend this place!!
Ordered take out food, so no comments about the premises. The food arrived in good time and there were no complaints about the taste. The fried chicken balls were not greasy a common problem and the chicken egg fried rice was decent. i Dragon is not the best chinese takeaway I've ever had but I've had a lot, lot worse in the past. I will be ordering from these guys in the future.
So dissatisfied- I cannot fault the food, it’s the first time I’ve liked a Chinese restaurant this much. But the way my order was handled tonight was awful. I ordered off of just eat just after 8pm - by 9:03 I received ‘ your order en route ‘ text. By 10::05 food had not arrived. On the website it said it would be delivered by 10:05 so I called the restaurant and she said it was on its way. At 10:30 I called back as still no sign of food and she told me the delivery driver had given it to someone at my door... I am at home alone and been by my front door in the lounge. The driver clearly delivered my food to the wrong house. She promised she would phone me back and never did, had to get my refund through justeat. I am so disappointed and me and my husband have been regular customers for a long time, even recommended to many friends and clients. Unfortunately I didn’t get a call back or an apology, I am very saddened that I had such a poor service. So unfortunately my evening is ruined.
