Wouldn’t bother trying to call them they never answer. Food is good but would have been better with my missing items…. Wasted money on something I never got and they won’t answer phone so can’t even get refund for it. Not happy was meant to be for my birthday night in, just spoiled now. Thanks
Ordered on JustEat and would happily make it a regular order. Reviews for this place are harsh unless I got luckily. On JustEat they have a 4* rating with 200+ ratings so seems like a lot of people leaving reviews on here are just being rude for no reason. Food was tasty, hot and came early. Delivery driver was really pleasant and nice. They threw in extra prawn crackers and lots of fortune cookies. Portions were a good size and to be honest, their chicken balls are some of the best I’ve had before. Great value for the price too. No complaints whatsoever!
Ordered via JustEat and nothing arrived. All I had from them was a notification at 1:45 AM saying the food was on its way almost 3 hours later than when I placed the order. Now im left out of packed and never had anything from them. Avoid like the plague.Food: 1/5

Placed a large order on deliveroo I needed to add some dietary requirements to the order I phoned to to inform them the kid didn't didn't understand a simple request then decided to ignore me by leaving the phone on the side tried calling back for over 20 minutes number engaged in the end had to go the shop to collect my order and make them cook again the things with the dietary requirements before I cancelled the order. The food was for 10 people after a birthday day out in all took 2 hours and 40 minutes from ordering to the time I got home with the food. And they still missed stuff off our order ordered many times from here food is nice but service can be shocking Dietary restrictions: Good luck they won't listen over the phone best to collect
DO NOT ORDER. It is completely unauthentic. The sweet and sour had an artificial pink colour, while tasting quite fruity? Not the usual pineapple taste either - like a weird sweet fruit taste..? I couldn't even eat it. The egg fried rice was atrocious. It was bland, very dry, and I would even go as far to say that the fried rice you get from chain restaurant's panda express, Chow X, etc is better than this - which is saying a lot. I never write reviews but I just think that people should be warned. If you are of Asian ethnicity, don't bother with this place. It's extremely white washed and bland, and honestly a complete disappointment.
Ordered from here, order missing items. Tried to get in contact with them, calling over 10 times over the last 30 minutes, all calls ring out, no answer. No way to contact them and they have the money as we paid cash.Food: 1/5
DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT Absolutely appalling. If I could register a 0 star review I would. Placed an order via their website, it said delivery would be approx 20 mins. An hour later I phoned to get an update. They told me it was out for delivery and to wait five minutes. A further 30 minutes passed so I opened an online chat on their website because I couldn't get through on the phone. I was told that I was talking with foodhub not the restaurant so they couldn't do anything about it because they too were unable to reach the restaurant. I requested for the order to be cancelled several times and to have a refund which foodhub said they would do. At this point almost 3 hours had passed and we'd already ordered an alternative elsewhere and received it! I continued to try to contact garden moon to confirm a refund would be issued. There was an alternative number and email address on the website for complaints which I contacted- both said they would endeavour to contact the restaurant for a refund. They have now said the restaurant is refusing to refund me - £48! I have lodged a dispute on the payment with the bank. Do not use unless you want your money stolen and nothing delivered!!
Just collected two portions of chicken sweet corn soup and it’s like they’ve dropped the whole jar of sugar in it. Informed but didn’t care about.Food: 1/5
Wow absolutely disgusting !!! Food was cold , slimy and the chicken if you can call it that was no doubt cat or even rat. Black chicken? No thanks called them up just to be laughed at AVOID AVOID AVOID YOU WILL BE SICK
