Broadstone Road Chinese Takeaway

First ever order , it was delivered on time and hot ,and the kung poo vegetables were gorgeous, very filling and reasonably priced will definately order again one of the nicest chineses ive had for a very long time.

Been using broad stone Chinese food for a month the food is perfect always ready 5 minutes later. Great food and Great service

Food here is great, Singapore rice noodles are very nice. Good soups too. Nice service, pleasant and food is prepared promptly. I eat from here 1 a week, I recommend.

Took a hour and half for a delivery was told it would be half hour and I only live 10 minutes away from the take away

Lovely food, unfortunately consistently waiting at least an hour and a half for food lets them down. Even tried ordering through their own website rather than Just Eat as they always ask when you call but still delivery times are awful.

Being a good customer was very disappointed as spent over £25 on food. Waited an hour and half. Food was pre cooked to me. Chicken wings were dry and hard.chew mein was cold and salt and pepper chips were dry and cold. Was very disappointed as told friend how nice food is. He was disgusted. And I was to

Excellent Food and Service.

It's not bad but certainly not the best in the area. Their vegetable spring rolls are HUGE! Sadly it was a bit too much for the wife. Recently we've tried their 'munch box" which was all very good apart from the barbecue sauce which tasted of no such thing. The extra curry sauce we ordered was slightly better. Sadly cash only. On a plus the order was spot-on and ready in 'tenminnit' as promised we collected - the ONLY was to ensre your food is hot and as ordered - WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!.

This has to be the worst Chinese I've ever had in my entire life. After waiting over an hour for king prawn fried rice and barbecue spare ribs all I can say is it wasn't worth the wait. It was the greasiest poorest quality food I've ever had. The prawns were like mush, the ribs were not seasoned and I'm thinking that I'm going to end up being sick through food poisoning. The food was so bad that I called the restaurant and told them i wasn't happy with the standard of food to which they replied, we will have the driver return with a refund. I then waited over an hour and still the delivery driver did not return. As I only live a 5 minute drive away from the restaurant id assume that my issue would have been resolved sooner rather than later. As a result my partner had to go to another Chinese restaurant to get me something to eat and still there was no sign of my refund. I then decided to walk the 10 minutes in the rain with the food only to get verbally abused by the lady in the take away. After receiving abuse I then still had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to com back before she gave me a reduced refund. Trust me...AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS !!
