Receptionists are very helpful, kind and efficient. The vaccination program was very well organised and we were kept up to date with the way to was all being rolled out. All the staff that we have had contact with are cheerful and polite. Our thanks to all the staff for their hard work during the pandemic.
Reception staff are always lovely and literally have helped me out numerous times last minute with urgent scripts and numerous of appointments etc etc . Really friendly and polite staff , always helpful and just a happy welcoming bunch. The nurse practitioner I forget her name every time in room 1 who seen my daughter on the Friday 4th feb morning, is amazing!!! My little girl has autism and other needs that can make a simple trip very very difficult HOWEVER this nurse amazes me she has managed to get my daughter pretty happy on going now, my little girl sat on my lap waiting not scared nothing today then when it was her time she went straight into her fine. She takes so much time with my daughter , constantly talking to her, giving her sweeties, letting her stand on the scales distracting her with things so she can check her over. She goes at my daughters pace and just is wonderful with her. She is so patient and she has made what used to be so stressfull for my daughter a easy happy experience and my daughter leaves fine. Soon as I got a phone call back from her I had the weight lifted of my shoulders because from all the previous times with this nurse I know my daughter is Happy and trusts her even if she is non verbal her actions speak for her! What a credit for her to be there. Best nurse I have honestly ever met how she relaxes my daughter to let her be able to check her chest, temp etc she makes it look easy and that’s all because she gets my daughter really happy first the doctors , blood test lady , reception they are all lovely as each other. Good doctor surgery !
Just wanted to say a big thankyou to the receptionist I spoke to you yesterday with a concern I had with my 86 year old blind mother .She listened to my concerns took them on board and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently . Cant ask for more than that when GPS practice are under the huge pressures they are at the moment
Not sure where to start!!! To get a prescription from this surgery, even from a letter from a hospital, is impossible. Due to Covid-19, they have a new implementation of how to request prescriptions. This was the expectable part. Other then that, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. As per their new procedure, I left my prescription request in their box outside the surgery and waited three days before calling and asking them if it is ready. To reach and find out that the prescription list was lots, I needed to write a second one, for which I needed to wait a more extended period as weekend days the doctors are not working apparently. This cost my Grandma to miss her medications by four days and resulted in her going for a whole month in the hospital in DVH. People in the surgery should be ashamed to call themselves essential workers and work under the scope of NHS. I don't believe what is happening to us and how mistreated an old lady of 70 is, which brings us to today. When my Granny finally is out of the hospital with a new list of medications. I requested a couple of days ago through the pharmacy app not a first time to find out that surgery in Gravesend has sent the prescription to a pharmacy in SCOTLAND!!!!!! Where clearly in the app, the location of the pharmacy is stated !!! This is the STUPIDITY level I AM NOT SORRY FOR MY WORD USED I have to face every month, To get my granny LIFE THREATING MEDICAMATIONS.
I am writing a review for this wonderful surgery I currently am being helped by Dr Toth and the surgery and I cannot speak any higher of them all The support professional attitudes and help has been so appreciated by myself and I would highly recommend this doctors to anyone . Thankyou
Wood note recomed any of theas Doctors they cannot diagnosis cancer at all
They do their best very helpful and understanding
