My daughter was looking for a particular model of shoe in the Buchanan Street branch today. Shop assistant, Corinne, proved to be most helpful and knowledgeable about what Erin was looking for. Meanwhile, my wife Dianne saw a pair of sandals for holiday. Once again, Corinne was brilliant. Two cracking pair of shoes and a great hint for one of this year's Christmas present. Corinne is a credit to your store. Bravo .
I bought 1461 Smooth Leather Oxford Shoes yesterday 06/10 at 12:51 in Glasgow store at Buchanan Street. Tried to wear them a bit but after 5 minutes of walking they completely ruined my feet - see the photo. I phoned the store and I was advised they will not accept a return because the shoes were worn. You are better of getting shoes from more customer friendly brands for this price.
I visited this store today as I was looking for some smart casual shoes. The store has a great atmosphere and the customer service was excellent. I'm a size 13 so often have difficulty as most stores only go up to a size 12. They had two of the styles I liked in stock in a size 13, which was a surprise as all of the other stores I had been in such as Timberland didn't have any size 13 in stock. I was served by Chloe who helped me to choose between the two styles. I actually ended up going back and buying the other pair as I liked them both so much. Chloe and the other team members in the store were really friendly, helpful and engaging, so I'll definitely be back soon!
I popped into the store to look for a particular pair of boots and was greeted by Simon, he could not have been any more lovely or helpful and also recommended a product for my other boots to help soften them. That man is an absolute asset to your team!
popped in on wednesday to try find my sizing before i ordered online for a present and Caitlin was super super helpful! she got me 4 pairs to try on and answered all my questions! she didn’t make me feel like i was being a bother or anything like that, even though i wasn’t buying them that day. such a lovely person, i would definitely come back. give her a raise! xx

Bought a pair of boots today. Was looked after so well by corine. Nothing was a hassle & she found me boots that actually fit me. Great experience & lovely pleasant staff
