Perry's themselves were great and customer service wise they are always helpful and the work is generally of a high standard. Vauxhall however are not in my good books. I dont expect to have major engine trouble on a fully serviced, low mileage vehicle that is less than a month out of warranty. I did not anticipate a £750 bill that is certain and that was after Vauxhall agreed to pay 70 % of the bill.. imagine what the original figure would have been..

Dealt with them for a few years now. Very friendly staff amd always offer tea or coffee. Explain cars simply and so helpful. Clifford is such a sweet gentleman and I hope to deal with him again.

Never in all my years of purchasing vehicles, have I seen such poor service! Never in all my years of purchasing vehicles, have I needed to seek legal advice! I chose now to take the vehicle outside of their network (50 Miles), rather than give them another ounce of business or time! Do yourself a massive favour....AVOID

Helpful, good advice and spares needed are available within 24 hours. Car booked in for maintenance work tomorrow. As always, an excellent Service provided again by the Perrys Servicing Department.
