I stayed here for 2 nights for work.nThe check in process was easy and I received a welcome cookie - nice touch.nThe room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Black out blinds were great and the room was nice and quiet. Wifi worked perfectly and huge TV!nThe swimming pool was lovely and I used the sauna as well. The restaurant has good options on the menu and the food was tasty.nI would stay here again, highly recommend.
Excellent hotel with lovely staff and really good food.nPool is small but perfect for a dip after a long drive.nFood in the restaurant was excellent and the staff couldn’t do any more to make you feel welcome and that all your needs were met.nThere is no air-con in the hotel but the room had 2 fans to keep us cool on a hot night in Stoke!
Loved our stay at this hotel for many reasons. Location was key for us to visit other places, we walked to the Bet 365 stadium and drove to other places.nFood, especially breakfast was excellent and staff wonderful. Marilyn and Tiff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome, we need more of these ladies in many other hospitality venues that's for sure! Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Gym had all we needed and housekeeping very friendly too. Fab stay.
Comfy stay and excellent service. As a 4-star hotel, I was expecting the bathrooms to have some Bathroom Accessories like Shower Caps, Cotton Swabs, Cotton Pads, disposable cups, etc.nnFor dinner, I ordered two fish and chips as the waiter said they were of a decent size, but they weren't. The fish was just half-sized, which was very disappointing.nnBreakfast was good but lacked items that a 4-star hotel normally has, like smoked salmon, cream cheese, non-dairy yogurts, cakes, and omelettes not only scrambled eggs.
A last minute booking and a great hotel with all of the standard niceties that you can rely on with a Double TreennI booked this location as it was very near to the Waterworld water park. It couldn't have been closer just across the street about 1 min or less walk.nnFrom the outside it is somewhat drab and my Son described it as a prison due to the dull square windows, but that is not how it is inside.nnStylish clean welcoming and very comfortablennWe stayed for one night the beds were great, fluffy bedding and super cleannnWould recommend just for the location if you are visiting Waterworld or shopping nearby
