The hotel is a fair place to stop over between a and b but not really somewhere I would recommend going for a longer stay. The room was clean and adequate without having any real issues. I had a two night stay and found the restaurant varied greatly. The first night was excellent, food and service. After that the service was extremely slow and we had to get the attention of the staff constantly. Others in the restaurant were doing the same and I heard one lady ask if the chef was asleep. Possible staff issues but with a chain this big I don't expect that. The swimming pool was excellent and the gym adequate for our needs. Disappointed to have to pay for parking at £5 a day.

Visited simply to take my baby swimming. Was very quiet and clean. Pool was lovely and warm and the staff were very polite and helpful. More expensive than a normal public pool however, definitely worth paying extra for such a nice clean quiet pool.

Service was fantastic. Staff are really friendly and always there to help with any quires. The rooms are clean and well planned out. The bathrooms are a bit small but you don't really spend much time in there to be honest. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend it to everyone xxxx

Went here for a job interview, the place was crowded with people having meetings. We used two of the rooms and the staff were supposed to supply meals to the interviewers. They had been forgotten despite reminders. I blame them as I didn't get the job.... ha ha....
