I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Dorchester Nissan and the whole experience in my opinion was excellent. The salesperson couldn't do enough for me and made the whole experience enjoyable as well as as informative.
Arrived in Dorset on holiday and immediately hit a pothole, breaking a coil spring on my Qashqai. “Bring it straight in” they said. Diagnosed, new part acquired and fitted within 6 hours of first phone call. Meanwhile, they leant me a Leaf. Superb service, especial thanks to Claire. Only problem is now I want a Leaf…

Just had my car repaired here after another garage couldn't fix the faults, Nissan was very prompt in diagnosing the faults and quickly repaired, the reason I only gave 4/5 as there wasn't enough clarity of the breakdown itemised especially as it was over £500 to repair. But even though they are expensive, they were quick to fix the fault, however a free valeting would have softened the price
Cannot fault them after a breakdown, I‘d driven from Munich to near Dorchester, then the Vvt solenoid died. Thankyou! If I have a niggle it is more against Nissan global as due „supply chain issues“ I ended up paying over £500 for a part that normally costs 130. But they did valet the car to soften the blow, now if I can only avoid all insects on the 1000 mile home journey

Visited Dorchester Nissan with an elderly lady as an advisor as she wished to buy a used Micra. The sales executive Max was extremely helpful and made the whole experience relaxed. The deal was done to the satisfaction of my elderly friend. The whole experience would encourage me to consider a new or used Nissan and I would readily recommend the dealer to friends and family.
