I love my F-RV so when things are wrong with it I want them fixed quickly and properly. I rang Ash Honda last Friday afternoon (4th August) because I knew there was something wrong with my brakes and I was also concerned about an issue with the clutch. They arranged for me to bring the car in on Monday morning, fixed it all for me and let me know it was ready by late morning. New discs and pads, sorted the clutch, and advised that my front windscreen blades needed changing and changed them for me immediately when I asked them to. Brilliant service, not too pricey and really friendly staff. Thanks a lot.

I called in to book a service only to find that my car had a puncture. Even though puncture repairs are not undertaken by the garage they arranged for the repair nearby at no extra charge. The subsequent service was completed on time and at the quoted cost.

Very rude customer service. The sales persons name is Mathew and he didn't even bother to show us around. We had to keep asking him to show cars in spite of many CRVs being available. Eventually after being persistent and determined, we managed to book a car. He called the next working day to get documents. Wanted bank statements and when asked if payslips will suffice he hung up. And he repeatedly hung up on our calls. He told us our car sale will not go through. He also refused to refund the initial deposit we had paid for. All in all very trrrible experience. In my opinion, not fit to be in sales at all. Very disappointed. In response to the owner, I have to mention here that he refund was given only after raising it to the manager. This could have been avoided had the sales person bothered to be patient and professional and explain why ONLY bank statements had to be sent to him and not payslips. As we understand that should be good for a credit check. The utter rudeness of the sales person was shocking and I would like to reiterate that the Martin DID not bother to show us around other vehicles and we ONLY after our constant request and enquiries on vehicle from the stock did he even bother to give information. I think as sales person you would volunteer to give details and not wait to be asked by customer. Very unprofessional and perhaps lack of knowledge too. Overall, bad bad experience. Thanks
