Hired door2door for a return airport run, chesterfield to East Mids... Jenny got the job, and was lovely.. really easy to talk to, such a pleasant lady... took her number for the return... was there bang on time. She simply added to the whole 'holiday vibe'... Will definitely use again!
I use door2door all the time, very good quality and service.but my journey today was a little different. Driver seamed have taken a longer route than I would have expected. But all in all, I’ll still keep using them!
I was contacted by a disabled friend on Thursday night after she had fallen at home. She was distressed so I sat with her at home and then travelled with her in the ambulance to A&E. We arrived at about 9.45pm and I stayed with her until she was admitted to a ward at 4.45am. I then had to get home! The first taxi firm I rang was busy, but the helpful man gave me your number to ring. The answer to your company was automated and I was assured that a taxi would be available at the main entrance within 10 minutes. I was feeling pretty washed out, so was delighted to see the taxi arrive with driver 56 within a few minutes. The driver was lovely - caring and sympathetic, and very gentle in his conversation. We chatted all the way home and I felt comfortable and supported by him. He drove carefully and considerately and took the best way home. I am very grateful to him for this and wish to thank him through this message. Thank you for the service you provide.

The taxi turned up at Tesco within less than 5 minutes. The driver courteous, friendly and helpful with my shopping. The vehicle was clean and tidy inside and clean outside. Always good to see the driver looks after his car. I’ve used Door2Door tacos for the last 3 years since moving to Chesterfield and would recommend them.
First attempt, taxi got cancelled on the app, I have no idea why. Second attempt, driver arrived promptly and was efficient. Have used the app since and all worked ok with the driver arriving quickly. Car was spotless and the driver was pleasant but not really talkative all depends on what you want on your journey, I guess! Would recommend. So far so good

Taxis’ are always clean and the drivers are always polite. The only thing I’d change is them to ask if you’d like help carrying shopping ‍ other than that they are great.
I had the worst experience with this grumpy old man at the chesterfield office today 28/03/24. He totally disrespected me and spoke to me with such rudeness for something i knew nothing about, had no courtesy to apologise when he realised he was in the wrong. I was in tears when i left, the taxi driver was lovely, she kept doing everything to make me feel better.
