We went there during the day for some food. There were only a couple of other people at the bar, so it was very quiet. It was a sunny afternoon, so we sat outside in the sunshine. The garden was pleasant enough and the food was good. Pity about the backdrop... Felixstowe docks and watching lorries go around the busy roundabout in and out of Felixstowe. The prices were average and there was no loud music, at least not during the day.

N8ce friendly pub. Mainly truck drivers in here during the week but still a good atmosphere. Good food and reasonable price.

Pub has been nicely refurbished, conservatory and outside garden and patio areas. Interesting views across the port. But they don't have any non chilled beers either bottled or on tap. We ordered fish and chips which was just basic frozen breadcrumbs fish (small portions). Not cheap either at £8.50 for lunch. We were there midweek lunch time so maybe better weekends?
