Absolutely amazing service today. Within an hour of initially ringing I had arranged an appointment and was seen by a lovely gp and given a script to be processed. I can’t fault them every time I’ve rang they’ve always got me in and been extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate it might have been a quiet time that I was trying to get an appointment but it was done efficiently and I got great care so that’s all I can ask for.
Saw an amazing Dr here. Dr Eribake listened to all ny concerns about my own health and that of my toddler. He was patient, kind, caring and gave appropriate treatment. He had a great way with ny toddler, totally put her at ease whilst looking in her ears/throat and listening to her chest. Just Brilliant!
I rang up this place today for my husband who had become increasingly worse with his symptoms over the last few days because he couldn’t get into his gp service. Symptoms included fever and sweating profusely , exhaustion, coughing mucas and pain when coughing. The women on the phone then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t think he needed to be seen he clearly Needs medical attention you know when something isn’t right and said to ring the doctors again. Absolutely disgraceful especially when my husband hasn’t tried to get a doctors appointment in over a decade yet can’t be seen by anyone when he actually needs one!
Absolute joke. I ring up in agony with my sinuses after my regular docs couldnt see me. Heads pounding, cheek bones hurting. Gunk coming down my throat yet according to their stupid little assessment, that had no relevance to my issue whatsoever, they couldn't offer me an appointment as it was not deemed worthy enough. I said what on earth makes it worthy...I'm in agony! Still wouldn't help me. Ridiculous. & this is why people go to A&E clogging up their system.
Poor service, was advised to ring by my GP practice as they had no appointments, but were no help at all. They said they couldn’t help me and to call my GP!! Pretty bad when looking at my SCR they can see I have this medical problem often and medical intervention is needed
I cannot speak highly enough of the Doctor I saw today. He was polite and friendly and extremely thorough. Thank you.
The worst ever. Lady on a phone just hung up after 30min talk. Gave some silly advice and told me to ring them when new symptoms arrive. After I told her that its bad enough I couldnt wait till morning for my Surgery , Woman just said ok and hung up. Just so All knows, Ive twisted my elbow, something clicked inside and cant move it.
Phoned at 11am for my son who has tonsillitis and viral rash wanted him to be checked cos also looks like measles rash and wanted some antibiotics, didn't get a phone call back from doctor till 9.40pm! I answered he said hello then out phone down didn't ring back! My son is 4 and has autism! Terrible service either weight nearly 11 hours for a phone call or sit in a&e for 12 hours! What's happening with Doncaster services!?
I visited the Cavendish Court Surgery today. Making the appointment was easy , I was asked a series of questions and told someone would ring me back , which they did very quickly. I was given an appointment to see a Nurse Practitioner. She was excellent, did a thorough clinical examination and was professional and kind throughout. An excellent service.
This service used to be good years ago but recently its horrendous. I called at 12 because my 3yr old has an eye infection. Was told the Dr would call back, it's now 10:05pm and not one call back. Also the stupid question of "which symptom are you most concern about, I can only put 1 down" wth!
