Very poor experience at this location. We ordered 3 different pizzas on Thursday from this location and one of them was 80% burnt. The other 2 pizzas were short of toppings. The pizza boxes were not even sealed properly and one of the dipping sauces was almost open. They didn’t give us the red pepper flakes which we ordered online, once we went for the pick up they mentioned they didn’t have the pepper flakes. I emailed the Dominos customer service which they promised will get back to us within 72 hours and I have yet to hear from them. Don’t think I will be visiting this location again. Very disappointed. I ordered a large four topping pizza yesterday. They basically skipped an entire topping and charged me the full price. Second time this had happened. I understand there's inflation, but if I paid for an item, you should put it. Trying to save cost by skipping toppings is ripping people off. I would not recommend this Domino's, as you are not going to get what you paid for.
Worst experience. Looks like forget to add spinach they put leaves later and burn on top.
Ordered extra sauce on my pizza and got little to no sauce instead. The Cheese was also burnt. I also ordered a 16 Inch and 14 Inch Pizza but when I measured it, it was only 15 Inches and 13 Inches. This place likes to rob you of an inch of your pizza every time.
Ordered pizza and she gave me the pizza in a extra large box when I ordered a medium pizza. Not only this there was only 3 pieces of chicken on my pizza like are you joking m. Worst experience ever. Need more staff, will never return.
The Taste of the pizza is good, prices reasonable and the crust taste okay however, I find that this Domino's is very stingy and cheap with their toppings. I ordered a large pizza with pineapple and hot banana peppers and there were literally two to three pieces of toppings per large sliced?! Like really?? They're not even premium toppings! edit I originally gave these guys 3/5 stars due to my complaint of stingy toppings, but it appears that they have improved in that area so they now deserve a solid 4/5! Pizza taste great fresh!
Service was fast. Pizza was made quickly which it shows. The crust had no colour and some vegetables were still raw. Sauce is very heavy on the black pepper so my wife who is nursing couldn’t have any. We won’t be back.
Perfect place to have the best pizza in town specially when experience and polite crew members like Mukta takes your order. Her services made my day happy. Thanks dominos for having such nice staff like her.
Very disappointing experience. When I called them to let them know, she tried to tell me that when you order extra cheese it gets burnt and that's the way it is. I've never had that experience at any other Domino's or any other pizza place for that matter. I would advise anyone to not come to this location for pizza!
Today I was driving down highway 50 in Bolton and spotted 3 dinosaurs on a corner advertising a large 4 topping pizza for $12.99 at Dominos Pizza. What a fabulous deal and Pizza is delicious!
