When I was a kid, I used to order from the Portsmouth Domino's when they were located on the Spaulding Turnpike. I lost interest in Domino's especially after it seemed the sauce's flavor changed. I used to crave Domino's Pizza after a migraine. My kids like Domino's but I thought the Portsmouth Domino's didn't have a dine-in area so we went to the Stratham Domino's. I found out that Portsmouth Domino's has a dine-in and I brought my son here. I ordered a Chicken Asaigo cheese pizza through the app and saved $. Our pizza was ready and tasted good. I'm not a fan of pizza anymore but I liked it. Service was good. The dining area needed a little TLC, no, not the female R&B band. If you like Domino's, I recommend this one. Vegetarian options: Salad available, but that's about it. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust available. Parking: Plaza parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Families are welcomed. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

I worked at Domino's outside of Boston and once at the one in North Providence, Rhode Island. This Domino's puts effort into their food even when they are slammed at 1am on a weekend night. I don't know who has had a bad experience here but all the employees are wicked nice and they don't even know me Don't forget Dominos has really good single serve salads. My go to meal is hot buffalo boneless chicken and one of their garden salads. BIIIIIG meal but rather healthy for being a Dominos treat Also I'm here at 1AM because their new New York style crust is amazing. Bring back the cheeseburger pizza you jerks
We had a terrible experience with this service. After waiting an hour for our order, we called to check on it, only to be told it would take an additional 2 hours. While the employee did graciously cancel the order for us, he then rudely hung up. This level of customer service is unacceptable. We won't be ordering from here again.Service: 1/5
The phone bot is a joke.. typing noises? Seriously ? Lol, it's comical. I tried getting 8 wings, and it made it 32.. what! Then it wouldn't change it Huge delays in response are very unnecessary Hung up, then real person called me back Very nice, but no thx I ordered from somewhere else already
Maybe keep your mobile order functionality on, so people can actually order. I get being busy, but that's just bad service.
Not all dominos are created equal. Like this one for example--it is not equal. It is better than the average Dominos. Think of the Average Dominos. If it is OK--this place is at least 20% better. If the place you are familiar with is worse--this place is 30% better. If it is worse than that, then this place is 40%, 50% better. Maybe more, who can say? It can only ever be as good as Dominos can be. So remember that. But it can be way better than you'd expect. 60% or so. Having had good service for an extended time frame...I'd even venture to say they have good ownership. It is a franchise structure, as I understand it. Whoever you are, keep valuing your employees. A little higher pay equals service like this, which makes a big difference in the world of Uber Eats. If for some reason you just have good employees but aren't paying them more---then pay them more. Google how much they could be making otherwise. Then give them at least a tiny raise and keep the same staff. I'll keep ordering from here. It is 20-60% better than the average Dominos. Honestly. It is exactly that good.
The new manager Victoria and worker Mathew were probably the most kind and passionate People ever and I will 100% be revisiting this place again
Got accused of not leaving a tip over the phone my the manager on 10/18. When I denied authorization for leaving more than the 20% I paid on the App, he hung up. When I got home there was a tip and new total written on my receipt that I did not consent to. No more business for them.
Unbelievable. I’ve order from this location a few times and I always regret it. This will be the last time. Up charged for ranch. NO RANCH. Added toppings to my pizza, missing most of the toppings. Seriously have 1 job and can’t even properly do it. Also like how it says which dishes do you recommend but there isn’t a none option.Food: 1/5
