I have to say that lately Dominos Pontyclun has gone down hill. An item was missing off my last delivery which was delivered about 1.5 hours later. I did receive a voucher for a free pizza which I redeemed tonight with an extra order of cheesy wedges too. My excitement for a free pizza was short lived when I opened the box of cheesy wedges and there were hardly any wedges in there. For £5.99 I expected more. Sort yourselves out please.
Absolutely shocking store, failed to deliver 2 items from a £30 order, then when requested to redeliver they “forgot” to send a driver to redeliver the items two times! I demanded a full refund and this was originally agreed, however, I did not see anything refunded for a week had to chase up the store, eventually I only recieved £3 as a refund, should not be operating as a store with such poor management. Strongly advise to reconsider your options!!!
Excellent service from Pontyclun Store tonight. Slight mistake on the order, but the driver informed me that another was already on the way. Arrived in less than 20 mins! Big thanks to chefs and drivers! Your hard work was very much appreciated!
You know what you're getting in Domino's.nnVery clean store, not much room for waiting but that's normal.nnMy pizza was made and had toppings missing. Had to wait for a remake but staff were very apologetic and sincere. Mistakes happen.nnWill be back
I usually like dominoes consistency. However, this places quantities of toppings seem to be constantly off. I previously ordered a chicken, mushroom and sweet corn pizza, chicken and mushroom were extremely lacking, almost to one piece per slice on a large. This evening, we ordered a stuffed crust for £3.29 extra. What a waste of money. As you can see from the image, this is not what I call stuffed to dominoes usual standard!
