Yet again another shocker from dominos paddock wood. I dont even have my food yet. Called 30 seconds after ordering online to say the app crashed when ordering and what ended uo being ordered was not what we wanted to order. All that was said was sorry mate its in the Oven already so nothing they can do I didn't leave it 30 seconds from order. Shocking customer service, won't be ordering here again. I'll also be contacting domi on head office as its been shockingly bad one to many times.
Great food and on time! Just if any one is gluten or dairy intolerant the offers don’t apply which feels unfair tbh
Due to company rules they can not deliver to the next village over..... it's less than 5miles away..... tops pizza deliver and they are 9.6miles from us....?????? Way to lose out on business guys.nnIt's a shame because we love their wings but if they won't deliver then we won't buy.nnNot the best customer experience unfortunately.
Absolutely dreadful service. Pizza an hour late, driver can’t follow a simple sat nav/postcode. Missed parts of the order, no garlic bread, wedges or dips. Pizza cold, inedible and no better than a frozen Iceland pizza. All thrown in the bin. As confirmed per Barbie at the branch, I expect a full refund in the next day or two. I won’t be using them again.
Had a Domino's pizza yesterday for my son's birthday ordered for all the whole 4 of us. They were great not had a Domino's for a while. The Veggie supreme was tasty and the base was lovely and soft. Would highly recommend. Excellent delivery service
