Well this was the worst Dominos I’ve ever eaten. I can’t tell if it’s just this branch or if dominos has gone down hill but this was awful Everything was so dry and tasteless. The pizza was all over the lid of the box. What a waste of money, half of it went in the bin. Don’t waste your money, go to Pizza Hut over the road instead.
Ordered 10 pizzas and sides for work. Didn't disappoint. We preordered for 1230 and they arrived bang on time. Great staff, great service and delicious food. Sides where bang on too. Thanks
It's grim times when you have to microwave your dominos, almost an hour after the your pizza has left dominos and is on the way text did I actually receive my food and it's flat cold
Wouldn’t even give these guys a star! Utter rubbish the management and staff here. Firstly one of their new drivers couldn’t find my address, he didn’t have the common sense to google maps my post code? Blamed it on the software of the sat Nav domino’s provide. So my order came 45 minutes late and was cold. The manager said he would send me a new one out, this never came I’m still waiting an hour after he told me he would send one out straight away, they ignored my calls when I’ve been calling asking for an update, when they answered just said the driver is down the road.. yet I’m still waiting. I’ve never known customer service like this! It’s bizarre how they think this is acceptable after spending £20 on a pizza!
I only use them as we are very limited for gluten free, but they always get the order wrong, the food tastes like warm ups and the customer service is non existent!!
Always order the cheeseburger pizza and should come with burger sauce on it but they always seem to forget. Rang up to complain and the guy onnthe phone didn't seem interested said they have new people there who don't know what they are doing
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD DO!!!! Anyway i ordered last night, extremely disappointed, in fact I was fuming after seeing and tasting the pizza, it was horrible I didn't actually eat it all, it was that bad, within 30min I was on the toilet with bad stomach, this was definitely the worst ever pizza I've ordered from Heckmondwike branch, and will most certainly be the last time too.. The whole order was cold on arrival too, my pizza was over cooked, so much so the outer edges of the pizza were like chewing a brick, so I couldn't eat it. Overall very disappointed with the experience..... Another point to add is I keep getting deal offers from domino's, which I blocked so they use different numbers & continue bugging me with rubbish offers, so so annoying to say the least
Food stated it was out for delivery, I tracked driver he went via Sheffield for some reason. Food turned up cold, I rang up to complain bloke on other end of phone sounded like he was stood at side of M1 and was complaining he couldn’t hear me when I was telling him my food was cold. He just told me that they set off in time and it wasn’t his problem. Definitely not ordering from dominos ever again.
Not happy been calling for a delivery for past 1 h and no reply
Vastly improved over recent months, food is warm again. Still annoying we cannot have a 50/50 pizza, there is no reason for this other than greed from Domino's. This is the brand, not isolated to this store as I order from plenty round the country and all the same.
