Avoid the place. Went on Saturday night shows on door as 2245hrs close but they closed hour earlier why close early on a Saturdaynight? Staff were rude too. That pass for good customer service forget it, if Domino's care anything about customer service they will overhaul this poor excuse of a shop.....

Horrible experience. Went to Altrincham for the first time to visit my friends later on and asked if it was halal she looked and heard me but she ignored me. Asked again and she literally walked to us angrily and said “ what do you think, just vegetarian” and then walked off? Very disturbed by that wanted to eat domino’s even if it was veggies but she was the only one working and her attitude was very off putting my friend and I were horrified by the workers behaviour. Would give zero stars if there was an option!!! Maybe that’s why the store was empty!

Ordered 4 pizzas as I had guests at my shop, the manager said that it will be 25-30 mins it’s for pick up as I was very close. Went back after 40 mins only to be told that they hadn’t even made them, and it will be another 20 mins. My guests had to leave in 30 minutes so essentially wasted £60 of order. The biggest frustration was the attitude of the Manager as I said this is unacceptable, he just said well so……
DO NOT GO HERE. Online it says 22:45 close, just turned up at 22:15 and the woman inside had already closed it and shooed me off. Turns out they close an hour early everyday. Saw a pizza on the corner too. Staff are rude. Don't go
Outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. This is the BEST out-and-about dinner service. It also has accurate information for any allergies and vegan/gluten-free food. Delicious pizzas are served there and they also have a very fast delivery system in place. Best diner in 2021.
Disgraceful service. The last 5 deliveries have had missing items and they couldn’t care less when you call to inform, don’t offer any solutions just start shouting down the phone at you as if your not allowed to disturb them. Refuse to ever use Domino’s Central again.
Generally the pizza is good. Generally they take the full 45 mins to an hour to deliver that is normally quoted. So I wasn't sure if it was fair to leave a bad review based on one bad experience, but that experience is so bad, and you do tell the make of a business in the breach after all, that I decided it's fair. One and half hours after ordering online I called the restaurant...four times as it kept ringing off the hook. Called Sale branch and they said they got lots of complaints like this with people waiting long times and then calling Sale as a last resort. The woman THERE was very helpful and tried to call Altrincham branch to no avail. Eventually go through, and they said really you should call when ordering online to check the wait times, and that there was probably another hour wait. I asked why they wouldn't call to tell people the wait was getting so long, and they said there just too many people to call, so they didn't. So of course cancelled my order. 2220, no food. This is just not how you run a business, or treat customers.
Worst pizza experience ever had definitely won’t be ordering again, run by idiots. Order came late, pizza crushed and cold wrong items sent. Rang them 30 times or more no answer will be paying them a visit Tommorow and uploading on you tube. Also reporting to head office. Place needs to be shut down. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.
