Thank you to Cameron and the team.nToday they provided 5 pizzas for our amazing hardworking team at Age UK Wirral.nnIt was a lovely suprise for the team. Thank you for supporting us as a charity dedicated to the local community
First person I spoke to said he couldn’t take orders for pizzas as he wasn’t trained! I then waited 5 minutes for a trained assistant to take my order, it wasn’t even busy. Seem to be collecting a lot of poor reviews
Ordered via phone, as soon as I came in, I paid for the pizzas. Unfortunately, I was not given a receipt, and the driver who I paid left to deliver pizzas, when my pizza was made, I picked up the pizza boxes to leave, Subaru Man said you have to pay, i told Subaru Man that I had paid, he said you couldn't have paid as it was a phone order, I then carefully said to Subaru Man that I phoned in then paid when I came in, Subaru man failed to grasp the simple sentence and then further challenged me until he must have seen the receipt stating the order had been paid. The ill mannered Subaru Man could not even be bothered to apologise for his mistake as all the brain cells in his head had been exhausted, and a software update was required. When this occurs, I think the staff are taken upstairs to recuperate, that's why upstairs is now always closed as they require updates often.
Ordered food online . You can only pay by card, no cash nIt said 25 to 30 minsnAfter 50 mins I rang up for the 3rd time to be told they are very busy and food isn't even cookednI was told I could have a full refund if I wantednBut food would be ready in 15 minsnSo thought I'd wait as me and my sons still needed dinnernIt turned up 1 hr 30 mins from order and was only warmnService was awful and food not greatnWe will NOT be going againnFar to expensive even with the 50 % offnWould not recommend at all
AVOID! WARNING! They are short on drivers but will not tell you this until AFTER you order! We ordered and then received a phone call to say the food will be with us in 90 minutes!! Who wants tea at 10pm, I’d have ordered from somewhere else if I knew I’d have to wait until 10am! They offered collection as an alternative but no apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing. Staff don’t care. Incredibly poor customer service. AVOID! Only positive was the food was nice so 3 stars.nnI would recommend calling first to find out how long delivery is because they don’t display this anywhere when you’re ordering or after you’ve ordered.
