I love dominos but unfortunately our local branch is the Chineham one...last time we ordered from there they forgot most of the items, about 25£ worth. Called back once we received it to ask for it and were told that it would take 2.5 hours to be sent to us, therefore asked for a refund. The person on the phone said that they were going to call back and confirm the refund, which never happened. Called back a couple more times after that and was told the refund will be processed within 2-5 working days. Almost 2 weeks now and nothing. Called the store again and they said they were going to call back and confirm which never happened. Would not recommend, not worth the hassle, try another pizza shop.
Usually deliveries are ok but tonight, ordered for collection in advance. On arrival the screen indicated ready but was told they are waiting for one item. 30 minutes later, still waiting but not sure for what. A large group of staff but no one seems to know what's going on, it was bizarre. Cancelled unfortunately.
Food is Domino's awesomeness when they get it right.. but the last 3 times we have ordered they've got something wrong in a way that makes it inedible to someone in the group. They then do not answer the phone 30mins till I drive there to complain and then see them ignoring the phone. By the time we get the replacement it's too late to eat such a large meal and people are over hungry. Only had these troubles at the Chineham one, where we used to live the deliveries came from town centre and they were always spot on.
So hit and miss... last few orders. Ones been over 2 hours so cancled it. One was stone cold and its less than 10mins up the road. Then another had the completely wrong order then another 1 hour to correct the problem. Not sure what is going on but if it let me order from town I would do. This store is a complete shambles!
We really enjoyed our pizza deal.. It was amazing we had 2large pizza's, garlic bread, wegde's, cookie's were 5's warm & soft absolutely bangin Bottle of coke, Dr pepper & 2large dips garlic & herb, BBQ... I'll definitely be ordering again
Standard Domino's. Staff nice, service quick. It's just the hassle of finding the cheapest deal. Normal price Domino's are not worth the money.Food: 4/5
Order placed 6:40, app says food was delivered 7:49 - so over an hour between order and "delivery". However I didn't get a delivery, I was standing by the door waiting for the driver as I was tracking him on the app. Called the store numerous times before someone picked up, the person I spoke couldn't seem to understand that the delivery was made to the wrong address, eventually I was told the driver would be with me in 15/20 min, so I waited. At 8:20 started calling again, this time I spoke to Cameron, who apologized and said a new order would be placed and would be with me in 30/45 min - What a JOKE!!! After 45 minutes, started calling again, no answer, took 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. This time spoke to Oliver who informed that my replacement order had not been placed and asked me if I wanted him to place the order again by this time it's 9:30pm I gave up and cancelled the order and asked for refund, let's just hope they don't forget to process it.
Awsum great Taste Tanduri pizza dough was very hot and Delicious and very soft dough. would recommend to Everyone I'll give them 10out of 10 Well done

EDIT: Wish I could award 0 stars. Ordered again, against my better judgement. Food cold, order wrong and the flat out refusal to answer the phones... awful, awful experience. Normally pretty good. Our usual dominoes is the one in chineham. This stops delivering at 1am and I was lead to believe the town centre store takes over until 3am. No matter what I tried, I could not get food delivered. All it would say is my local is shut. I put in the town centre postcode but of course needed to change it for my address to be told oops, can't deliver to you as your local store is closed. What a joke. And for God's sake, start answering your bloody phones.
