Our Story

Saying at The Dover right down the street. After having dinner at a local pub, we stopped and grabbed a pizza for the kids back at the hotel. Took a little bit to get our pizza ordered, thought it could have been quicker, he walked up to the counter a few times like he was going to take the order, nodded at us then went back around. Also had a hard time understanding 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni, but after a few secs got it figured out. All in all, wasn't that bad. Told it would be ready in 12 minutes, which it was on the dot. Everything looked and tasted good, what I would expect from a Domino's pizza.

Thanks for the pizza tonight. Was hungry for pizza, and stopped by.. Was told I had to order online, and when I said I got "Access Denied" on the page and was unable to order online, was told they couldn't help! Amazing customer service! Exactly how customer service should be Or maybe not. Will not be returning.
Menu is impossible to decipher. "Personal" sized pizza was supposedly 9.99, so I went for it. Then I only paid 2.99? For some reason? And the reason for that was apparently that the pizza is less than 25cm in diametre. Who is that going to feed? A rat? What's the point of a menu when the information on it is wrong and misleading? Customer service was also trash. When I asked why I was only paying 2.99, he just mumbled something about "collection" instead of telling me that I was buying a pizza for ants. Then there's the issue that I had to pay with my credit card. What's the point of paying in person when I cannot use cash? Never ordering from domino's again.
Great food, good prices and quick service
Very small place. Suitable for collection one after one. Vegetarian options: Cheese and Tomato, Vegi Volcano, Vegi Supreme are best options for pure vegetarians.
Waste of space place took my money and didn’t deliver my food to me!! I’ve complained to Dominos UK. Driver phoned me and said he was in wrong place, I told him deliver it to where I had specified. He said he was taking it back to restaurant. Restaurant wasn’t answering phone at all. Con artists take your money and not deliver your food. Avoid this place.

Poor customer service. I ordered a pizza at the shop on Warwick place. It took ten mins for them to tell me that they had not started to make my pizza as there was a fraud check on the card used to pay. It then took 25 mins for me to eventually get my pizza. When questioned I was told 'oh sorry it's management policy'. Which is just not good enough. I am a regular customer no more.
