I phoned Dobbe’s and spoke to Clare about a same day delivery for my daughter and her partner to their new home that the post code isn’t valid yet.  Clare was amazing and the flowers were delivered that afternoon as requested, in a vase so that they didnt have to find one to unpack.  Great service and I would use them again. Thanks Clare and to all the staff.

Really surprised at other Comments, as a local caterer I have experienced not only professionally by personally their beautiful flowers and their excellent customer service. They also offer excellent value for money.

I live in California and send flowers a few times a year to my mother in Little Bookham. The staff at Dobbes are absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly. I have called in a panic at 5:30am CA time (1:30 pm local time) and the staff have rallied around, created a stunning arrangement and delivered it to my mother before 5:00pm. My sister takes photos of the arrangements and sends them to me and I am always amazed at how the Dobbes staff manage to understand my flower babble (something bronzey with apricots and creams and feathery greens etc etc and maybe a bit contemporary this time for a change etc etc) and create the absolutely perfect arrangement. Thank you everyone at Dobbes.

On the contrary to the previous review I found the staff very helpful. Good quality flowers well presented

Poor service.
Phoned to make an enquiry and although the person who picked up the call was going to advise me on their prices someone else took over without even introducing herself or explaining why the change and plainly refused to support me.
