I received a bouquet from The Chelsea Flower Shop for my birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were beautifully put together. Would highly recommend their flowers and bouquets. Thank you so much for such a lovely birthday gift I will definitely be using them going forwards for ordering flowers and gift bouquets.
Amazing flowers, beautifully put together with phenomenal service. I was helped by a lady called Mary who went above and beyond and really cared about helping me. Can't recommend highly enough. Will be my go to for all flower orders in the future!
Love it!! I received a wrapped single rose for Valentines day and I'm love it! It's gorgeous and the wrapping is lovely; I've paid more for single roses in the past and the wrapping could have definitely been improved. Such good value for money and extremely friendly service. I will definitely be coming here for all my future flower orders. 10/10!
Flowers look beautiful. Parking is difficult and very limited. Personally , I have found the staff rude and judgemental. When I made enquiries about pricing I received a friendly service until I revealed that my wedding would only be a small wedding and therefor I would not need many / expensive flowers. They were not interested anymore in my order whatsoever and I left the shop without ordering. Would not go back or recommend. Edit : fake review from the owner below. I sent a long email and responded - never heard back.
A beautiful birthday bouquet was slightly spoiled after 3 days when 3 of the roses died. I thought I would let the florist know since firstly I was disappointed and secondly it may have been a bad supplier who he should be informed about. I emailed very late on Saturday evening and was exceedingly surprised to receive an instant response apologising and offering to replace not only the roses but the entire bouquet, which arrived on the following Tuesday as promised. This was over and above any expectation and truly appreciated. At no time did I ask for a replacement or refund, neither did I think I would have a reply to my email - but an instant response around midnight on a Saturday was exceptional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this florist and will use them in future.
I've used several florists in the area and can honestly say this florist is easily the best. Not usually one to write reviews but I felt a recommendation was deserved. Great flowers, great price, quick delivery, great communication and overall customer experience. :
The Chelsea Flower Shop recently made my wedding bouquet and our buttonholes/corsages. For the bouquet, they worked from a photo we gave them and they did an amazing job, recreating it perfectly, if not better. It was beautiful and I was so pleased with it that I didn't want to put it down! Thank you to Simon and all the staff.
Beautiful flowers very well received, the delivery was amazing same day. For me the flower arrangement reflected something I wanted, it was fashionable and edgy for a young person and diverted away from normal display offered by other florists. Thanks and Well done
Whilst I understand that Valentine's Day is probably the busiest day of the year for any florist, accepting a significant chunk of money for a same day delivery service that you are unable to fulfil is ludicrous. My other half wasn't even contacted to let him know that there was a problem! Had he not got in touch after getting suspicious due to not hearing from me, he wouldn't have known about this epic balls up and been able to collect them on his way home from work. Whilst the flowers were gorgeous, what was meant to be a really thoughtful surprise was effectively ruined.
Definitely not worth the money. The roses were on their way out by the second day, and the green foliage had bird poo all over them. Lillies bloomed but with a wilt. Really disappointed. Unfortunately I didn't make a complaint until it was too late but had photos of the flowers progress which was not good enough. Staff were 'sorry' but not very helpful and quite frankly was left with the feeling that it was not their problem.
