Would like to say thanks for the excellent service and prompt delivery I received today. Rang to place the order approximately 3pm and received a call from my daughter to say flowers had arrived within an hour of placing the order. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.

On line order worked perfectly for mothers day and delivery was exactly  as requested. The order was placed at short notice too.

I don't often write reviews but really wanted to on this occasion. Flowers by Rosemary (Godalming shop) really did provide a wonderful service in assisting us with the flowers for our wedding. Jacqui was spot on with all her suggestions and the bouquets on the day were stunning. Also coming in to help set everything up at the venue, her attention to detail really made a difference. Great service from her and Steve...thank you!

Unbelievable experience with Flowers by Rosemary. Not only did they fail to deliver my flowers on Mothers Day but they also insisted that they had delivered them on the Monday at 10.24 - NO they didn't. Flowers eventually delivered on the Tuesday, to my neighbours as I was out, only to return 5 minutes later to take them away. Meanwhile I had a card through the door stating it was "totally our fault" (Rosemary flowers). Apparently Interflora had credited my son, as he had made a complaint, without informing him. I can't imagine (well perhaps I can) what happened to the ready made bouquet of flowers that only my neighbour had the joy of seeing. Obviously Rosemary flowers are not apologetic as stated on the card. I would not recommend anyone to use them - customer service zero. I hope their mothers received flowers for Mothers Day.
