The food was okay. The order was running 15 mins late so I rang to ask if it’s whereabouts. The man on the phone didn’t sound bothered at all by this and offered no apology he only stated that it had just left the shop now. For what is a 10 minute drive from my house the order then finally arrived 30 mins later after the phone call of chasing it up. The delivery driver offered no apology for the lateness either. I thought I would let it slide the last time I ordered and the 2 drinks were missing but they’ve failed it redeem themselves. Would not order from these guys again. Customer service needs more work.

Peri peri chicken is amazing, fried chicken could be better. I ordered from here and they said it would take an hour but it came in 50 minutes so I'm happy

Late delievery, missing items, food barely warm, not the first time they got the order wrong! The meal was meant to be a treat...left me in an angry mood. After such a long wait the food was not as ordered :(

Just bought the loaded box from Dixxy Chicken on Silver Street Doncaster took 2 hours and 10 minutes getting here when it finally arrived wasn't even in the Dixxy packaging the chicken fillet was greasy and chewy and the skin was old and greasy, it looks like something my cat's would sick up and I don't even have a cat the smallest chicken fillet I have ever seen in a burger with next to nothing Mayo and hardly saled not forgetting it being cold and not looking anything like it does on the leaflet I will never be eating there again!!! Feel free to share my status

Food is great. Always eat on the weekend. But delivery is awful. Have ordered 2hrs ago and food hasn't arrived yet.
