Absolutely disrespectful customer service! Ordered pizza and it came cold and not fresh it was yesterday pizza I used order from them nearly never month it was good now it getting worse and worse pizza was cold and soggy when I picked it up it all fell apart !! Would not recommend Ciao pizza they don’t even understand what you are saying and tell lies

Ordered Donna kebab, what I presume was s chicken kebab turned up it was that burnt I couldn't tell. Chips under cooked, pizza also very burnt. Also half hour late and cold.

I ordered from Ciao everyday I one stage I know its not good, however I did. Pound 4 pound this in my opinion can't be touched in Donny. It was our boys which made this place no joke they went crazy when we started reppin these lot in the ends lol However all the comments are correct they could be the best one night then the next very ordinary, really you could be sing from the roof tops 1 night then next your getting attuide the next and you think come to my door with that attitude. By the way the delivery guys are so nice, they have massive orders and try. I think if they was consistent and a little better managed nobody would touch them. N yes I myself manage a major Gas & Electric provider, I know what I am talking about
