In my experience at 'Diva'........ well let's say I'm never going here again. I asked for threading which was for my eyebrows, they asked me if I wanted it thick or thin and I requested thick I repeated this numerous of times hoping they got the message but apparently they didn't. So the women started to do my eyebrows, then received a phone call but she spoke in her language, 5 minutes had gone and another person came in the room. I was wondering why they needed two people for my eyebrows. Nevertheless, she came and asked me if I wanted it thick or thin, and I said thick. By this time the first eyebrow was done. The lady showed me how it looked and they hadn't listen to me at all, it was thin. I said 'I asked for thick eyebrows, this is too thin''. the lady replied, 'no this is medium'. I disagreed and she carried on. By this time I looked upset and the women asked me 'are you crying?' I didn't say anything, it was only my mascara that had run. The other lady that was in the room started to talk in her language and laugh, which is very unprofessional. At this time I was very upset and just wanted to leave. Overall my experience here was terrible, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they still make you pay even if they messed it up.
