Avoid this place at all costs. They don't look after your nails at all. I went in for advice and my nails to be done. As after medication my nails had weakened, split chopped and we're adult condition (to the point certain nails had been bleeding they were that bad) I asked the lady what would be the best for my nails to help and strengthen them, she immediately pulled a chair out and said "full set of acrylics" I kept trying to show her how bad the condition of each nail was and that acrylics should surely be the worst choice. She wouldn't even look at my nails and just started getting all the kit ready for acrylics. I then suggested maybe gels or a manicure and paint would be more ideal and kept ignoring me and only saying "you want acrylics or not, £35" !!!!! About 5 times. No I wanted some honest advice on what to do with my nails and maybe a quick conversation on what options they had, i.e, gels, manicure, nail strengthener!!! All she wanted to do was put blimmin acrylics on my nails without listening to me or looking at my nails. They are rude and very moneygrabbing.

I know what you saing Carmen. I just done my pedicure and the lady wet my jeans with the water . I've ask her to cut the corners of toes nails and to clean propley and she said "don't worry" and she have not done it propley she just quickly finish it. im the costumer and the one I pay . Ive seen they do gel extension manicure and the lady tell me first time they do it and after she said I don't do gel extension manicure . Lol and I've seen they do what I ask for . Poor services . I wont go there again .

Not happy!!! Each time I told her that my nails had still to be clean before the colour been apply I've got ,, don't worries,, ,,don't worries,, don't worries,, !!!!! I'm worried because seems that you don't know what are you doing !! Not going back!!!
