I’m a new customer but just wanted to say a massive thank-you to Paul who picked me and my two small dogs up today. He was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be using again!
I used to be a regular user of direct, until I heard they partnered up with TC, one night after I'd been drinking with friends I'd called direct for a taxi and they send TC unbeknown to me, I don't use TC because of a safeguarding concern I have due to a previous traumatic experience with them causing me to feel unsafe in their cars, safe to say I was mortified when direct did this, will never use them again! TC drivers are rude & the call handlers are happy to give out your location & details including your visitors name and address and put you and your family at risk, now direct are partners with them, so be careful ....avoid avoid avoid.
Worst taxi company ever known to man I used to use this taxi company all the time, definitely gone down hill and won't be using it again if i can help it, waited over an hour and a half for a taxi to show up! my children ended up with purple hands from waiting so long and then on top of all this I had to book 3 taxis all together as they didn't even send any taxis out to my pick up destination.... so disgusted
Always had good service but let down badly tonight. Sorry will not be using again or recommending anymore
Our return flight was delayed by 20 minutes but they took our money for the return journey on arrival at the airport. When we returned to the airport we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the company to come and pick us up. Some of our party decided to take an Uber as they had young children to get back to and couldn’t wait any longer. The driver was very apologetic when he arrived with his minibus full of people he decided to bring to the airport whilst we were waiting for pick up, the timing was very suspicious but coincidental. On the plus side, the driver looked like Hacksaw Jim Duggan but with two good eyes. Big thumb, Hoooooooooooo!
I booked a taxi to the airport which was on time at the same time I booked a taxi for the return journey. We landed and went outside to wait. No taxi came. Phone the company and you get an automated message saying the taxi is on the way. However several phone calls and an hour later a taxi appeared. Shocking service leaving 2 OAPs in the freezing cold .. Won't be using them again

Really not happy, after missing my train yo atherstone yesterday I ordered a taxi from nuneaton train station at Royal mail atherstone. About a 15min drive The meter was going crazy changing evreyt8me I blink £16,50 for 15min drive is crazy
Had taxi last week to the crew in Nuneaton. The driver was spot on time. Had great conversation with him and made me feel comfortable on my journey. Had great discussion on a few topical things and was sat chatting over 5 mins after we arrived at the crew. Great experience and very well done!
I use this company all the time.. Lovely taxi drivers and clean cars!!
