Left me waiting 45 mi 45mis and still did not turn up and the taxi was paid for disgracefull

Very disappointed with this appalling taxi service, I rang up for a taxi, gave them my address and waited 35-45 minutes for it. I then proceeded to call and enquire about its arrival, they proceeded to inform me 'my house and address are nonexistent' I do not recommend using this taxi service, as the worst part, was that they never called me up to let me know that they weren't coming to pick me up. If I could give a lower rating I would.
