Had one pc repaired and another built, they were very helpful and kind. Any questions I had they answered. Helped me pick the right parts and built my pc to an immaculate quality with absolutely zero issues. Dropped it off on a Tuesday evening and it was ready by the next day. Gave me some great advice. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs, builds etc they do the lot! Will absolutely be back again Highly recommend them cheers guys!
Honestly 10/10, needed my PC fixing and took it down there. Can't thank them enough st how helpful they are and even taking the extra step of giving it a nice clean. Recommend anyone use here for anything PC related
They sold me this pc case motherboard powersuply and cpu cooler and windows 10 and ssd for another pc i was building for my little cousin and even installed windows for me as i didnt know how to do it they were very helpful and provided me with a warm welcome and great costumer service and i will definitely be going back to the store to buy some more things for my pc
I placed an order for the Corsair RM850x during the most busiest period just before the new year! I was so surprised to see my item delivered the next day! This company over delivers and meets all their customers needs without fail! Customer services respond very quick and was very professional, this was my first time ordering from the company and it wont be the last! I thought i’d leave this review as a gesture of saying thanks!!!
I have shopped at Digital Promtions for about 15 years and have never had a problem. They are very courteous and helpful I cannot speak highly enough of them. Bill Grace
Took a chance as I never heard of them. had to RMA ram that did not work with my x570 motherboard. MY refund was same day as item received. Will defiantly use them again. Fantastic service and in my opinion the bigger companies in this sector need learn to handle customers like digitalpromo.
Purchased a monitor from there will not buy anything again from them. I took the monitor back after taking it home. I thought it was faulty as red mark on screen once opened it and switched it on. My mistake as the protective film was still on it, OK fine. However after asking for a refund as I already bought another monitor as didn't like the stand on this monitor so had a change of heart. I was told rather abruptly no refund as 2nd hand now. So you can't check an item these days and take it out of the box for fear of no refund or have a change of heart for that matter. Didn't like the attitude of the server eiither, sort of tough luck attitude. Just sharing my own experience and won't be setting foot in there ever again.
Recently I visited Digital Promo in order to fix my printer, I was greeted by a staff member called Rhona, who I couldn't fault. She was really friendly and was able to fix my printer with no problem. She resolved the issue in such a short space of time. I couldn't speak more highly about my experience with Rhona at Digital Promo. I would really recommend shopping at Digital Promo and will definitely return if I need anything fixing or If I need any electronics in the future. The service is second to none. Thank you!
Great experience. I dropped off mine and my brothers PC in the morning and collected in the afternoon with no issues what so ever. I even got a bit of a discount due to being a returning customer which was a kind gesture. Would highly recommend!
Very helpful and genuine staff. After buying a motherboard from DigitalPromo I could not get my PC to boot up. After calling the store they offered amazing support and helped me to resolve the issue the same day, unlike so many other similar shops who do not prioritise customer support. Highly recommend.
