Be careful goods arrived insufficiently packaged. I purchased 4 keyboard and mice combos and all keyboards were damaged inside (see photos), they are clearly not packaged correctly 4 keyboards wrapped in bubble warp and shrink wrapped. I called customer service as soon I noticed and was advised because I didn't inform them within 48 hrs I have no leg to stand on. The customer service rep although polite was dismissive to my claim.

I have been shopping here for around 15 years, they still have some of the staff from back then, they answer the phone within 3 rings, answer your questions confidentiality, and are helpful and knowledgeable, as well as having fantastic prices, all you need.

I used to like using this shop. Having spent a lot of money with them over the years I thought they would value my custom and when the mini pc that was a couple of months out of warrantey failed I thought they would do something about it, but no it's just an other box from digital promo bricked in he bin.. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on and I advise you to do the same.. 👎

Bought a item that turned out to be faulty and didn't work, took it back and they would not issue me a refund, spoke to the manager and she was very rude, lucky to be even getting a one star rating
