You definitely don’t get the service you pay for with this company, we paid for 4 x 30 minute companion visits for our mom she never ever got 30 minutes, one or two of the carers were nice but not all,  we were there a few times when they arrived and actually they only stayed literally a few minutes, they sit in their car outside the house for ages before they decide to come in, and when they do come in they say hello ask if you want anything then just leave, they DO NOT sit and talk with the client, I was often finding my moms medication on the floor or on the sofa they did not watch and make sure she had taken it properly.nMessages to the office from us were very often not passed on.nI would definitely not recommend this company.

I have nothing but praise for the care that Mom has received and continuing to receive from Diamond, the carers are so good and extremely helpful. I could not recommend Diamond highly enough and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to friends and family. Great care and excellent all round, thanks very much.

Irene celebrated her 99th birthday in September, a few days later she was admitted to hospital. After a stay of 7 days she was discharged from hospital with a palliative care package. Diamond Home Care Dudley provided the carers. Initially they visited and did a risk assessment and checked what care was required. We downloaded an android app which allowed us to see the care given each visit and any comments or concerns left by the carers.nThey then arranged four care visits per day. We had the same two carers for the first three slots and another two carers to settle Irene down for the night. We were told the approximate time of each visit and they were always on time.nWhen we had to contact the Head Office they were all very helpful and caring.nAll the carers were wonderful, they showed great tenderness and sympathy. Irene was very tender and needed to be moved with great care. They constantly talked to her and allowed her to keep her dignity as much as possible. It was a very trying time for all the family but the carers made a great difference to her final days. They never left without making sure that there was nothing else they could do.nSo we would like to thank everyone for their great service.

Did my work placement for college and I had a great experience. The staff were helpful and guided me throughout the whole placement. Great staff and would highly recommend!

I have worked at diamond for a few years, they are very supportive. Always helpful. Working hours are always available for staff. Very good company to work for.
