had an accident, NO FAULT of mine, have dash cam footage, police said opther part at fault, however, Enterprise were told to deal with it by DialDirect, Enterprise cant get info from Council (who hit my truck) and now passed it back to me to deal with. Cant get through to Zenith, so called DialDirect, and then now say theyre just an intermediary, and that i have to deal with it!!!

They quoted £1500 to add  an extra driver, who had been driving for nearly 40 years, Full NCB... needless to say found a better quote with a reputable company, so cancelled and started again....  They had already charged me £150 to add a different driver... most places are just an admin fee...

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Daylight robbery comes to mind. Beware, they will change your premium the month after you have signed up, then charge you for cancelling. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Rubbish service. Can't email them but they expect to email you. They say you can 'phone anytime, but you can't. No one there after certain time and no answerphone.

Despite paying them for a cancelled policy that they never cancelled, and decided it was not their fault, and despite them confirming that all payments had been made, they sent my name to the debt collecting agency who are harassing me for £100 of my own money.  Appalling customer service, when you can get through. Appalling company, avoid like the plague.
