I would give them 5 stars. They do have good prices for insurance. Unfortunately theirs customer service went worse since I renewed policy with them. And also they try to overcharge you when comes possibility no matters what is happening which is very disappointing. I am paying now around £3.500 for my insurance and I would expect some credit  and understanding when comes to unexpected situation without being charge more and feeling like I did something wrong.
Customer service should improve too standards they had before.

Have renewed my policy for the fourth year, once again the most competitive quote with good level of cover and extras. Easy and straightforward renewal over the phone with documents delivered by email. So far very pleased. Haven't made a claim so can't comment in that respect (hopefully will never have to).

Excellent revision of some details by Christie Howe that got transferred from the comparison website that I used and emailed them immediately to me to check. Very helpful and friendly. I moved to another motorcycle insurance provider but pleased I have moved back

I wouldn't use this company if the insurance was free. I needed my policy details, I asked them to email them over. I was told they had sent them to me a 4/5 times, but I never received anything (except their marketing garbage) I was on the phone for almost an hour each time. It took almost 5 weeks to eventually get a paper copy sent out. Sadly I really needed the documents when I first asked for them. I'm so thankful I didn't have to make a claim.

Good friendly service and as I have been a MCE customer for a number of years and also polite I obtained a good discount.  It did however take a while with all the legal jargon having to be read out to me.  The service agent was very helpful with my questions, trying to ensure I did not pay for services I did not require.
