Our family have been to this place quite a few times. Staff are very good all round it must be said, very friendly and attentive. Surroundings are nice with a good atmosphere, in particular on a Friday night when live music is playing. The food is very good although it must be said, a little pricey. I suppose in the current climate it has to be expected no matter where you go. Good place to go if you haven't tried i would say. Kid-friendliness: There are two play areas, one small inside soft play type area which seems to be very popular with the smaller kids and one larger outside play area which is quite good when the better weather allows. The staff have the patient of saints when the kids are running around while they are trying to serve. Parking: Ample parking facilities Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be plenty of room for a wheelchair. They have a portable ramp facility which I seen being used to allow wheelchair access to the upper level within the restaurant.
Amazing customer service, waitress went above and beyond to check ingredients in certain foods for us and made sure my young daughters food came out in good time. Dinner can be stressful when children have allergies but they were so reassuring, knowledgeable and kind. The play area was great for young kids and the food was really tasty so we will definitely be back.
Really like this restaurant, food is lovely. Been here for date night a couple times. Plenty of free parking which is a bonus j always get the mozzarella balls for starter, the sauce that comes with it is delicious. Pizza is good too and so are the pastas of course. All proper Italian cuisine.
Plenty of free parking. Staff are friendly but seem a bit rushed at the table. Also the interior looks a bit run down and is showing its age. But the pizzas and calzone ate excellent and as a bonus the chicken is halal. Have sanitizer for covid but bot convinced tables are properly santized between customers.
I haven't been to this place in over 10 years. I had good memories of the times there in the past and was looking forward to some of that Italian feel at home flair. Sadly disappointed. Given the size of the restaurant, which can easily seat 150 guests, it wasn't particularly busy-with only a few tables 24-30guests at the time, I was disappointed with the level of service, professionalism and the speed of the food arriving. Managed to have my dinner without having a drink yet there's 2 servers behind the bar not doing much... In credit to our server, he did say it could take upto 2 hours to have food come out and it came out after 50mins, so that was faster than had been hoped. Perhaps the kitchen was busy with just eat or deliveroo, but if a restaurant's main focus is on takeaway only, then shut the restaurant and change your business model. The rent itself can't be cheap. The car park looks as though it's for a supermarket with what looks like over 80 spaces! The decor itself is still what it was when I last visited. Good back then but dated in terms of design and aesthetics. Its reminiscent of that old Gordon Ramsay's fish n chip shop, post WW2 era sort of thing. However it's kid friendly with a indoor play area for the kids. So kudos there. Pity. All in all... Kid-friendliness: Indoor soft play area Parking: Loads and loads of spaces.
Over priced microwave meal! To put this into context this meal to take away is £10.95 however lunch time it’s £5.95. All I could imagine was Gordon Ramsay walking round their kitchen saying what are you doing what’s this o come on… God only knows when it was actually cooked, I had two mouthfuls which I regret and put it in there food recycling bin. So on my travels I asked about other restaurants chatting about food seems only thing cooked here is pizza though I assume the dough is pre-made and frozen? the word fresh seems wrong So found another restaurant that cooks there pasta fresh daily rather than pre-cooked frozen then nuked. They don’t claim on there website the food is fresh, it’s my experience based on my experience. For the amount of cooks in this place I think it’s just lazy…
Lovely restaurant, great food in general, a few items on the menu can be a hit and miss and a bit pricey for what you get, so I normally stick to the better value pizza, staff are friendly enough and service is good too.
Managed to accommodate 11 of us when we only booked that afternoon. Fantastic food that all of us enjoyed and some nice drink options too.Food: 5/5
Atmosphere was lovely. Vibrant Xmas feelings, lots of families. So good for young families and kids. Food was very poorFood: 1/5
Very large restaurant, managed well with the different sections manned evenly, but very busy so there is a wait for food arrival. We sat about 6.30pm and out for 8.30pm. but the waiting staff are friendly and attentive with their customers and work hard as they can. Really good food and great they have Introduced the half pizza, half pasta combo but rule with that, it's for two people to do, so you need to order same pasta but can change your pizza if you want. Great venue for tribute nights at Christmas where they do them every weekend. I worked there 10 years ago, and although party nights are hectic for the staff the night is amazing atmosphere.
