"Dhaba Hindi for roadside food stall takes its inspiration from the street food of Dhabathe North and South of India. Innovative, interesting and a far cry from the heavy, greasy & often artificially coloured, curries originally served to please the British palate. Dhaba serves up flavoursome and fragrant food in an interior styled on the kerbside vendor’s carts of India’s colourful streets. Sometimes the smallest things end up having the greatest impact on your life……precisely what happened to Amir, the owner and face of Dhaba. A seasoned Restaurateur, on a trip to his homeland in 2016 he rediscovered the foods that were the backbone of the Indian workers diet, and wanted to bring some of that history back to London. Each dish speaks...."

Everything is sooo delicious! Both meats and veggies were amazing. They have a great vegan menu too! The portions are generous. Plus, the person who served us was very friendly. This place is a gem! Definitely visit again!
The food here is so delicious, so comforting and has a very "home-cooked" feel which is amazinf! Everything we ordered was spot on taste-wise. The person who served us was brilliant and friendly. This place is such a gem and we're definitely visiting again!
An excellent restaurant. Delicious dishes and friendly, helpful service. Everything we ordered was excellent we were 5 people so we ordered a wide selection from the menu. The Pav Bhaji deserves a special mention, but everything we ordered was excellent. A great experience!
Delicious Indian food that doesn't hold back on the spice! Celebrated a friend's birthday here and with the whole restaurant booked out note the restaurant is small. We all pre-ordered our food and they took care of the rest flawlessly. Great place for a BYO.Food: 5/5
Excellent for a mid week meal. Simple but with a very colourful and vibrant setting inside. It is very comfortable to be there both physically and with the very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent, tasty and very fair priced. They offer a great selection on their menu, including a great choice of vegan dishes. It is the perfect place to go when you don’t want to cook midweek.
I ordered for the first time and was extremely disappointed . Too grassy prawn curry you can see curry swimming in oil Dessert Soan Patisa looks terrible. Dhaba, you should do something with it because I paid for it.
The wings were lovely and so was the mango mojito. The golgapa, biryani and lamb were just fine it's my personal opinion... The customer service was okay. The restaurant is nice and clean.Food: 3/5
If you want some amazing genuine Indian Street food, this is the place to go!! Dhaba has an incredible menu and the food tastes soooo good. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Try this place, I guarantee you'll love the food as much as I do. I'll give Dhaba 5* All day Everyday!!
I have been to many Indian restaurants but none of them can beat Dhaba. Their foods are really nice with friendly service. If that was my local restaurant, I would probably go there every day.
Disappointing experience at Dhaba. Booked a table for two and received an email confirming the booking. When we arrived, the restaurant was quiet - just two tables taken - but were told that our booking was cancelled because they had a party coming in. They suggested a table 2.5 hrs later or a takeaway, but we were ready to eat then and quite frankly if you're looking forward to a night out in a restaurant, the alternative of sitting in a hotel room with a takeout just doesn't cut it. The staff claimed they had sent an email to let us know, but no email has appeared and yes, I've checked the spam folder many times. We can only assume that the temptation of a last-minute group booking was too good to resist so we were ditched. Not very professional and not really how a decent restaurant should operate. Beware, your confirmed booking is not what it seems!
