Amazing experience and great services. Saffron is so helpful, so professional, and handled everything so smoothly. After knowing my requirements, she booked me viewings immediately. We visited 4 properties this afternoon while she gave me a detailed introduction of the area and surroundings nearby along the way. I am impressed by this efficiency and really enjoyed meeting with her. Will definitely recommend my friends here when they start to look for properties.
Had a positive experience with Dexters for allocating viewing and negotiating contract terms for the property in central London. Many thanks to Brandon and Saffron for assisting in finally securing a place after 4 months of an endless search. The team was responsive, efficient and client focused. Looking forward to cooperating with Dexters for the time of my stay and hope that the above qualities would be shown consistently throughout.
I started looking for a place to stay in London for my degree quite late and couldn’t find any that were good enough for me and my flatmate - it was really stressful but thankfully I found my current place very lovely through Dexters. Ricky got me a viewing the next morning and helped me out with the whole process of renting the place. He and the team have been very nice and helpful throughout the 3 years me and my flatmate have stayed here. Quick and clear communication and reliable :
Initially we were very happy to have found a flat with Brandon's help - he was responsive and very friendly in fulfill our requirements. Fast forward to 4 months before our tenancy ends, different staff within Dexters have become pushy in different ways. Examples include demanding to come visit our flat with no reasons, and threatening to do so without our presence. Every agent and potential tenant who came to see that flat have commended how spotlessly clean and in great shape we have kept it. However, it was still a prolonged headache after we moved out. Whoever was supposed to deal with the deposit return was unprofessional. No follow-up at all going into one full month after we vacated the flat - and when we brought it up, suddenly there are cleaning issues that apparently are evident to deduct our deposit. She sent an email to notify us about the deduction, however, failed to give any reasons! She later dumped two documents of almost 100 pages on email when we asked. After some back and forth, it turned out the issue they thought there is, has already been documented when we moved in. Meaning that the whole process and the delay were unnecessary. Not trying to be harsh but quite frankly, the level of satisfaction went downhill even though it was a good transaction of us landing a nice flat whilst the agency makes some sweet commission. If we have this experience with such a great effort to keep the flat in good shape, I can imagine how hard it is for an average tenant to try and get their deposit back.
My wife and I are happy to recommend Dexters for their property related matters. In particular, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Ricky and his team in your Clerkenwell office. Ricky provides a calm understanding of the usual tenants issues and has addressed them to our satisfaction.
We recently rented our property through Dexters at Clerkenwell. Ricky Chan and Owen Chapman and the rest of their team were totally professional and very efficient throughout the whole process. When Ricky was on holiday Owen particularly helped promptly with all our queries and nothing was too much trouble.As professional landlords for over 20 years we were very impressed with the exceptional service provided. Would highly recommend them.
Brandon was extremely helpful in securing an appropriate flat. We needed assistance finding a flat remotely from the US, that met our extensive needs – furnished, allowed a dog, with space for guests. Brandon provided regular updates on available properties, video tours, and streamlined the entire process. Would definitely work with him and Dexters again.
Saffron and the Dexters team have been fantastic helping us find a flat. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was super attentive and always available to answer our questions. I couldn’t recommend them more!
This branch of Dexters has been extremely helpful to me during my search for a property in the local area. Saffron Hoskin has been amazing in particular and Salvatore has as well in their persistent work ethic when it comes to helping their clients find properties. I'd highly recommend talking to one of these two if you need any real assistance
Ricky and Owen were fantastic to work with. They really helped us find a place in a difficult time to find a flat in London. Once we found a place, the tenancy procedure went really smoothly, as they are quite knowledgeable on the tenancy procedures. We would really like to thank Owen for assisting us throughout the process.
