Been to a funeral tea today very good. I hear it's changing hands so may change but it was very good last time I had a meal there and excellent Sunday lunch

I recently attended a members function at this venue . The premises present as being clean and well laid out however,although not myself requiring this facility, I noticed a distinct lack of disabled access to the first floor function room.  Surely this fails to comply with building regulations and access requirements under disabled people's, or fire legislation.  
Wheelchair bound people be aware,  no obvious means of access or escape in case of fire.
