Great place for taking a walk and lots more. The gardens are kept clean and tidy all through the year. The flowerbed displays are beautiful and well looked after also. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the parks views with a picnic, as well as having a well stocked cafe on site with outdoor seating. There is a modern play area for kids of all ages and some tennis courts if you fancy a match. The park has lots of community spirit and holds many events throughout the year.

Beautiful well maintained park! Visited the cafe. Lovely to sit outside in the sunshine. Food was good but my wife's tea was so milky it almost looked white. Plenty of open space in the park to let your dog off for a run. I would definitely return again if I was in the area.

Lovely park with lots to look at and do. Great location and views. Plenty of local free parking. Toilets not pristine but ok. Cafe serving good food at reasonable prices. Lovely community feel about the place and very dog friendly.

Fantastic size green space to walk the dog. To stretch your legs and an area for the kids to run wild and play safe with no traffic. It boasts a really nice little cafe the top of the park with a fair selection of food, drink and cakes and if i remember correctly dog friendly too.

Beautifully maintained and well laid out. Thoughtfully planted with shrubs and flowers. Good play areas for children and toddlers. Bowling green and cafe. Great park to spend time in, though not huge.
