I’ve attended Elly’s boot camps on a few occasions when I’ve been in the area for work. As a personal trainer myself I often find these sort of things a bit tedious and dare I say, often a bit ‘easy’! That’s certainly not the case with Elly! She pushed me to my max each time and each boot camp I’ve attended has been totally different to the last, which is fab as I hate knowing what to expect! 

I would advise booking in advance as both classes I went to were full to the brim which was fantastic as well, gave the class such a buzz! I’ll be back soon!!

I first came to Elly for the six week package which involved diet plan, personal training, regular weigh ins and boot camps, I thought that the package was really good and informative I learnt a lot about nutrition, correct form and the importance of stretching 🙆‍♀️ 
 Before I came to Elly I had very little confidence in what I was doing at the gym, I can now go to the gym and know what I’m doing with the equipment without injuring myself!  I still regularly attend boot camps when I can and the sessions are always challenging and different each time,really happy with my results as I feel stronger every week would recommend 💃💃💃💃

I would highly recommend Elly’s bootcamp to everyone no matter your fitness ability. Throughout the sessions she gives lots of encouragement and support, which certainly makes you work harder. From this you defiantly feel and see personal results.

These are brilliant boot camps, i've been going for a few weeks now. Elly knows how to encourage and get the most out of everyone in her sessions!  I've recommended her boot camps to loads of friends, and last week i brought 2 along with me and they loved it 💪. Definitely recommend

Elly’s knowledge is extensive! She has so much personal experience to compliment her degree that I find it hard to believe that she wouldn’t be the first choice for anyone wanting to make health and lifestyle changes.
