Myself and Dean had what I can only describe as a 'last minute' wedding. Due to a illness in our family we had to plan and do all of our wedding in 4 months. To say it was stressful was a understatement. I wish I had of visited Nicole & Karen before hand as I literally feel like I would of been sorted in a few hours. When I visited I still had a few things to sort out cake & Photographer and within our 2 hours I had both arranged with their help. We had a big 'princess wedding' Lots of glitter, bling and candles. It was what a expected and more. My ceremony was just breath taking. 100's of candles and ruffled styled chair covers. My tables were covered in Sequin Cloths which my venue told me to double check that they were clean due to problems in the past with other companies delivering dirty ones ( I was major stressed after them telling me this!). I was assured they are all dry cleaned prior to an event and there was actually some brought in from the dry cleaners when I was there in bags so I knew this was true, Which is now why I understand they do charge a little more then other companies. My bridal flowers were stunning and were delivered to my house the morning of the wedding along with button holes and bridesmaid bouquets. I cannot thank the team more. They were on site for the whole day and then for the evening for my Dance Floor. We had booked them a hotel room for the night due to the amount of stuff we had and the distance. I didn't even see them, they were like wedding fairies. In and out no fuss and no stress. When I got up in the morning everything had gone and cleared down. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them and I know a few people that have since been to see them at their showroom and have booked them for their wedding too. Maybe a little more expensive then others, but you know the rule = You get what you pay for.

Myself and my bridesmaid have recently visited their 'showroom'. We were extremely disappointed in the service we recieved, the showroom was a mess with products even lying on the floor! We wasn't introduced properly so I don't know who we saw! We were In the showroom for no longer than 40 minutes to discuss a whole event. They seemed disinterested, didn't ask hardly any questions and just replied 'yes' to anything I said. I asked about specific dimensions of some of the larger things and was just told 'i think it should fit'. The products didn't look well looked after and I felt like I was just an I convenience who they wanted out so they could close up for the day. I still haven't recived a quote after being nearly a week since we went, maybe they have lost the piece of paper it got scribbled down on! Would not trust them to decorate a party let alone a whole wedding. Very disappointing, it's took the shine out of planning something which should be really exciting!

We got married at Warwick Castle in June 2017 and used Design Elegance to style the venue. We chose them as they were local to us so it was easy for us to have face to face meetings with them and view their range in person. During our planning process, and much like some others commented, we found communication was an issue. We were the ones constantly doing the chasing. This caused unnecessary stress at what was already a very stressful time. With less than a week to go to the big day, Design Elegance hadn’t even contacted us to confirm the final table plan – again, we prompted them by having to book another appointment via. their website. Some of the items Design Elegance supplied were our seat covers, a post box and a table plan. The big day arrived and we encountered some issues. 1) A key was not left with the postbox despite us being told explicitly that a key would be provided. We asked for the key to be left with a representative from Warwick Castle. In the absence of a key we were forced to fish items out of the postbox as we weren’t prepared to leave high value items in there overnight. Design Elegance later denied any conversation about a key. 2) The table plan was misprinted, they had put the best man on twice and left my 7 year old nephew off which caused distress as he felt that he had been excluded. Surely a simple QC check should have spotted this but it got all the way to the venue and they still didn’t realise. 3) We later realised the seat covers they provided were not actually the colour that we were shown in their showroom. We contacted Design Elegance about these issues and they basically are not interested in putting things right. We eventually received an unprofessional, poorly constructed email from their ‘MD’ Nicole Sharpe who failed to acknowledge and accept responsibility for any of the aforementioned problems. I simply asked for a refund for the postbox as this had been missold to us and a I asked for a reprint of the top-table plan as we wanted to keep this as a memento. The response we got was quite simply nonsense. They wanted to charge us for reprinting the plan . The postbox issue was just ‘brushed under the carpet’ They then accused our guests for stealing brooches from the chairs and a glass vase! I suspect these ludicrous claims was their attempt to avoid reimbursing us. We chased again and again but they no longer respond to our emails. I CC’d a number of email addresses into the original email message (yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc) so it isn’t an email issue like they had previously claimed. If you’re considering this bunch of cowboys for your wedding then do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

OMG! My wedding was amazing. I literally cannot thank the team at DE enough. They were at my beck and call the whole day and met all of my bridal nightmare demands (i was a little crazy). I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.
