Deserts Rose Restaurant and Cafe

Terrible service. Ordered a delivery and asked for extra sauce, they replied they charge extra and that I would have to pay the delivery driver. I agreed and when my food arrived I asked if the extra stuff was in the bag he said it’s all there and I paid the extra only to find out that it wasn’t there. When I called up and said I have paid for something I don’t have they said they would send out with another delivery but it could take upto another hour, this was while my food would be getting cold. They did not care and wasn’t really bothered about the situation.

Good food for a great price. Also the fresh juices are great. Nice atmosphere. Only downside is that they do not accept card payments, only cash.

The shisha was very bad, had to ask a few times for them to “fix” it. They bought as water bottles that wouldnt even stand up on the table, but they didnt think to give us glasses until we asked. We were also served food with no cutlery or tissues. The music was decent but the atmosphere was jarring as there were too many underaged people making noise and misbehaving. I’ll most likely go again but not anytime soon.

Good Arabic vegetarian food. Friendly staff and good ambience. Have been here many times it is quite near to Luton train station and is within the Luton town center.

Just had lunch here this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff looked after us and our son, were attentive but not smothering. We had a selection of different dishes and a couple of drinks and it came to £28 which was an amazing price for the quality and quantity of food. Will be going back soon.
