Costa Coffee - Smith's Square

As one would expect, the coffee is nice. I am however disappointed at the recent decision not to make serviettes freely available (unless asled for) and tall coffees no longer come with a saucer. The spoons are laid on the tray. These trays are often seen on the floor under chairs and tables etc. Take a look at the state of the underside of a Costa tray and remember that the bottom of a tray like this may well have been in contact with the top of your tray that has a spoon laying on it. Costa, you charge enough for your products, we expect a level of service and cleanliness in exchange for these premium prices.

It is a comfy place with good service, however it is usually very crowdy.

I asked for a large extra extra hor blackforest hot chocolate i got half a cup and it was that cold i drank it straight down

Decent place to grab a Costa. The coffee is average. The place can get a bit busy and it's tough to find a seat.

The coffee is always good however they didn't have any bacon rolls this morning.
