Story

Since opening in April 2016, Dessert lovers have flocked to Creams Café to indulge in the vast array of tantalising and utterly scrumptious items on offer. Our 160 seater American-style diner serves, irresistible Italian style Gelato ice creams, range of wonderful waffles, mouth-watering crepes and sublime sundaes. You can also savour our cakes, puddings and Gourmet Hot drinks among other desirables. Suitable for any occasion or event or just a naughty treat, once you oblige, you will forever indulge.

Ice cream is amazing waffles are amazing, food wise everything is perfect, but customer service is horrible. Staff is rude no one knows what are they doing. You are left to wait for your order for ages. They mix up orders, bring out something that you haven't even orders. They bring out ice cream and the other person who ordered waffles has to wait for another 20 minutes. I feel sorry for this place it has great food, staff need training and a manager!!!

Went here with my husband for a treat,  we we're so disappointed.  Firstly it was quite dirty,  we both went to the loos which were shockingly dirty and the toilet seat in the gents was hanging off.... The ladies loo is combined with disabled and baby change and it stank like a gents,  I couldn't wait to get out of there.  They got my order wrong,  I ordered a cookie dough with cherry ice-cream,  we waited 20 minutes and my desert arrived cold and with no cherry  ice-cream.  It was,another 15 minutes before my husbands desert arrived by which time I had finished mine oh and then my cherry ice-cream arrived!!!  When we told the waiter very politely that I had ordered the Cherry ice-cream to come with the chocolate cookie dough,  he told me rudely that I had ordered separately ( which I had not)  when my husband explained that he hadn't had his desert yet..  The waiter very aggressively stated " Yeah I'm just making it now" and walked off  as if we were being unreasonable!!!  Our deserts arrived 20 minutes apart and my husband had actually waited 40 minutes for his!!!  An older waiter did apologise for the wait as he delivered my husbands cold apple pie..      If we had been offered a complimentary coffee by way of apology,  we would have put it down to a bad day and planned a return as the menu is interesting and extensive but after that experience,  never again.  To many minuses!!

Food is always excellent, staff are friendly, and the venue has always been well kept whenever I've visited.
The menu features a large variety of desserts and drinks including the option to create your own.

received impeccable customer service a couple of days ago, served by ‘Elena’ who made us feel very welcome and the whole team seemed very happy and were working well! Couldn’t ask for better food or better customer service! Will definitely be returning :)
