I am asking from these high officials so called Member of parliaments a question. Derek, please wake up and try and understand the sufferings of local citizens. Please ask this government to hand over the charge to some other government who is more responsible towards the citizens.

I feel I need to see a doctor urgently due to the chest pains I am having and I know it is not heart issue based on the symptoms. GP surgery is closed so I tried to ring 111. I was in queue for 1hours 18 minutes yesterday the Saturday 30th December 2017 and again today on Sunday  I was in queue for 2 hours and 3 minutes and have been suffering with these pains....lol    

Yet no one had the time to pickup the phone. What good is this service. Why do you not close these services rather than harassing the patients who are already in pain.

I am sure lots of my friends are suffering with your poor services of 111.

I am in pain and needed advice and am now rushing to hospital or walking center. My question is that if we have to all go and make the walking centers and A&E busy then why do we need 111.
